- Remote Order Entry: A custom designed order entry system where you may enter your orders, check open orders, check pricing, and print-purchase orders via standard telephone lines or E-Commerce type connection using Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator 4.6.You may use equipment supplied by Signal Office Supply, or your own standard PC.
- Fax Order Entry (FAXIT) : Simply send all requisitions, orders, and stock requests via FAX. All orders are entered and shipped with complete accuracy assured! You may qualify for a no charge FAX machine to use as long as you purchase all supply items from Signal Office Supply.
Additional cost control reports are available at no charge, including usage of items by company, department, and location.
All personnel are trained for 3 months on product knowledge, telephone courtesy, and follow up. This ensures you a standard of excellence that is second to none.
